During this week long container we will focus our energy on connection, with both ourselves and others. Over the weekend we will dive deep and break down our barriers before releasing and beginning our renewal process. The weekend will be filled with experiences and during the week we will offer yoga every morning and meditation every day at sunset. You will have the workweek to focus on your work or projects and in the late afternoon/evenings we will activate different experiences that take your soul on a spiritual journey.
